Thanks for taking the time to chat to me this morning
(Wednesday) whilst I was in your shop. I understand that you are busy and I
appreciate the information and knowledge that you shared (and that you were
prepared to listen to me babble
on!)
Bridget did enjoy those rice cakes in the car on the way
home. I let the kids try the chocolate biscuits that you kindly gave us and
let's just say there aren't many left in the box! As a treat after dinner I let
the boys try a Toffuti Cutie and they gave it the thumbs up - very
enthusiastically. My Husband and I indulge in both the Toffuti Cutie and the
married couple on (can't quite remember the whole name) - boy oh boy....I
personally found them to be beyond delicious - I'll be back with my esky another
day. The cordials were quite delicious and went down well with some ice cubes
clinking away in the glass, and I think I'll have to make some icy poles up with
them.
I'm so glad that you and your wife had a 'fit of madness'
and I wish you mush success in your business ventures. Hats off to your wife for
her endless energy in running a household and a business! (especially still
doing those night feeds!). All the best to you and your family.

Thank you for all the effort you went to yesterday and understand that with
my coming in to speak to you that it prompted you to do what you wanted to do
for a while.
Despite the weather I believe you had a successful day and
the people that came from the various products were all very nice and helpful. I
really enjoyed it and look forward to dealing with you again and will definitely
be passing it onto the Coeliac Society to say what a great shop you have. Also I
will be looking into having a bus shopping tour in the future and of course you
will be one of the stops but will talk to you about this proposed project soon.

Dearest Tania & Simon, You don’t know me, but I’m bursting from the seams just
to thank you both for the wonderful service that you are doing for all parents
like us!
My own son was recently diagnosed with autism, and along with that he has many
‘issues’ with food. Although these ‘issues’ aren’t technically being recognized
as allergies, we have found marked improvements with some of the dietary changes
that we’ve made, which include the elimination of foods such as dairy, wheat and
gluten. As a mother with two other children with regular eating habits and no
known allergies in either of them, venturing into such a diet has been… well,
the best word to describe it is HARD!
Since the diagnosis, I resigned from my full time job, and prepared our family
to live off the one income that my husband was bringing in. I was all geared up
to use my time teaching my child, taking him to therapies, speech pathology and
doing a whole lot of cooking, as everything required to be made from
scratch so that I wouldn’t have to be worried about his diet being contaminated.
I’ve found a few products at my local Safeway store that were helpful, but was
ecstatic when I saw one of your ads on the elevator in Royal Melbourne Hospital,
and now, having seen your product list myself, I’m over the moon! A
one-stop-shop with everything I need, including lots of goodies for my son who
so often misses out on treats because of the diet. I had no idea that such a
range of products even existed.
Things are looking better for us, and I will shortly be looking at returning to
work. I needed you to know that I honestly don’t think it would be possible if
it wasn’t for your business. I know, it doesn’t seem like what you do could
help me much, but when there is so much more to worry about, having one less
worry means the world, and in my case, it actually means I can get back to work
a lot sooner than I thought… due to many pre-packaged and ‘just add water’ type
of products that you have!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
