Chicken Mornay

Ingredients
2 cups Orgran Rice and Corn Macaroni (or pasta of choice*)
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 teaspoons Nuttelex margarine
1½ teaspoons wheat free/gluten free Orgran plain flour
2 cups milk
500g cooked, diced chicken breast
1 cup fresh corn kernels
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder* (optional)
Method
Boil water in large pot and place macaroni to cook for time
specified on packet.
Microwave onion on high until translucent.
Melt margarine in medium-sized
saucepan.
Add flour and mix well using a whisk to avoid lumps. Gradually beat
in milk until white sauce is made.
Add stock powder, onion and mix well.
Stir in chicken,
pasta and corn.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
