Ingredients
2-3 pears, peeled and sliced into quarters
water
Monin Swiss Chocolate Syrup (as much as desired!)
2-3 teaspoons sugar
Method
Place pear quarters into pot with simmering water, enough
to cover the pears. Add sugar into water (if desired)
for a sweeter taste.
Simmer and cover until pears are transparent and just tender.
Drain well.
Pour Monin Swiss Chocolate Syrup over and serve.
Handy hint
Pears can be poached in the microwave for approximately 6
minutes.
