Date Pudding

Confectionery Range instore...

WF = wheat free
GF = gluten free
DF = dairy free
EF = egg free
SF = soy free
CF = corn free
NF = nut free
FF = fish free
V   = vegetarian

Ingredients
4 cups milk
230g pitted dates
2 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs

Method
Place all ingredients into blender.  Blend until dates are coarsely chopped.
Remove mixture from blender and pour into a large heavy saucepan.
Cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from stove and pour into dessert glasses and chill.
