Cauliflower in Creamy White Sauce

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Organic Sesame Oil*
1 medium sized onion, diced
2 cups (500mL) Pureharvest Rice Milk
1/3 cup organic unbleached flour
1 cauliflower (break into small florets)
pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Method
Heat oil in saucepan. Sauté onion until translucent.
Add salt.
Add 1˝ cups of the rice milk and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
Mix flour to a paste with remaining milk and add to saucepan.
Stir constantly to prevent lumps, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove
from heat.
Meanwhile, boil cauliflower florets in lightly salted water until
tender.
Drain well and arrange in serving bowl.
Pour the sauce over the top and garnish with parsley and serve
immediately.
